I've had the privilege of being a photographer for the past 9 years...and have loved every minute of it! I grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and am southern through and through! Even though I've spent a lot of my life in Utah and California, the South will always be my home. My husband and I recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our family and are loving every minute of it!
It's been wonderful to be able shoot weddings from California to Tennessee and Hawaii to France over the past several years. I've also really enjoyed being able to share what I've learned about wedding photography with a select few photographers that work for my company. I just loved this bridal session shot by Sarah at the one and only La Caille in Sandy, Utah. Brittney and Colby are insanely gorgeous together and I can tell from the pictures that they are truly in love. I loved the way Sarah used the soft lighting to her benefit and posed Brittney so elegantly. My favorite shot though is the silhouette in front of the french doors! Awesome! Congratulations to the beautiful couple on their upcoming wedding in March.

I absolutely love couples like Anikka and Andrew… the ones that are SO in love and just can’t keep their hands off each other! Their adoration for each other is so apparent. Andrew is a true gentleman and treats Anikka like gold. The way he looked at and cared for his bride all day was the sweetest thing ever! And Anikka simply lights up an entire room with her smile and zest for life! They had permanent smiles on their faces throughout their beautiful wedding day! I loved how relaxed and enjoyable everything and everyone was… even her dad, who LOVES to be “serious”! 
They had a lot of fun details and the coolest floral/fruit arrangements! I was honored to take part in their wedding journey and wish them the best of luck!!!!

One of my past clients, Ronnie Price of the Utah Jazz, is up for best dunk of the DECADE!! This dunk was from 2006 when Ronnie played for the Kings. Interestingly enough, it was against Carlos Boozer of the Jazz – who later became his teammate! It’s crazy that 6′2” Ronnie was able to jump over Boozer (6′9”) for this amazing dunk!

I am so excited to announce my first ever, open to the public, Lindsay Jane Boot Camp! LJ Boot Camp is an intense, hands-on, 3-day photography workshop designed to teach essential photography basics. All I can say is WOW! This bridal session absolutely blew me away by Sarah. I can’t believe the shots she was able to get in the pouring snow! First of all, the Lauren and Gavin look like absolute super models. And the cape and horse drawn carriage were too cool. I just love the romantic storybook feel of this shoot.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, Canterbury Place is a beautiful reception center located just a few buildings east of our studio in Bountiful. It’s been under new management for the past few years and TONS of improvements have been made to the building. They also have an incredible staff to work with.

We had such a great time at the Grand America Bridal Show last weekend! We loved meeting all of you at the show and have enjoyed getting to know many more of you this week.
